Results
The Nueva results are not necessarily easy to read. This is because we believe that the difference in needs and offers cannot be simplified down into a point- or star- system, such as that used for hotels.
We assume that all humans differ from each other and they do not all want the same thing. What is the most appropriate residential offer for everyone? How many points does the ideal sheltered workshop have?
A performance is only of good quality when it applies to the users personal needs. Because of this, we at Nueva do not judge the quality of a residential offer, but rather those who occupy it, want to occupy it or those who intend to obtain a certain result.
Nueva shows the results of the evaluations descriptively. The assessment and interpretation are done by the observers, taking into consideration their specific perspectives and demands. The users have developed quality criteria and quality dimensions, which are being collected in order to frame the results in a quality profile. The profile shows the achieved value of every quality dimension in a point system. The value “0” stands for the neutral middle. To the left and to the right, results of up to 10 points are possible. The quality profile, which was obtained via the evaluation of a certain residential offer, can now be compared and visualised with different benchmarks.
An example: A service provider wants similar and basically comparable residential offers to be evaluated. In the report, every residential offer obtains the average values and the maximum values in addition to their own results.
For those who want to use Nueva results for their quality management, there are detailed evaluations with concrete data on the particular quality dimensions. For interested clients, we can cross tab the data and answer individual questions.
An example: A residential offer plans for the future to pay more attention to gender difficulties. The quality manager wants a special analysis from the Nueva evaluation with the question as follows: In which areas do female occupants of a residence have different dimensions of self-determination than male occupants? The results can give a lead to possible starting points for concrete activities.
